British Council Egypt and Cambridge International Examinations joined parents, students, teachers, and heads of British schools to celebrate the Egyptian winners of the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards. The ceremony was held at The British Embassy in Cairo (UK in Egypt) in presence of HE Dr Tarek Shawky, Minister of Education and Vocational Education, HMA John Casson, British Ambassador to Egypt and Jeff Streeter, Country Director, British Council Egypt, Michael O’Sullivan - CEO, Cambridge International Examinations and Waseem Al Hanbali - Regional Director, MENA, Cambridge International Examinations.

Nancy Kareem, a biotechnology student at Modern Sciences & Arts (MSA) University just paved a whole new path in the science world!.
She has developed a new medical technique involving nanotechnology that would target only cancer cells and leave normal cells harmless. Her project was chosen by Cancéropôle Grand Sud-Ouest Foundation as one of the top 10 projects of this year..
Nancy participated in the “Young Scientists Workshop” that is held in Paris. she was the only participant from Egypt and the Arab world as a whole.
